Ziel der Sommerschule ist die Erörterung aktueller Entwicklungen des Unionsrechts. Insbesondere werden das unionale Wirtschaftsrecht sowie der Einfluss des europäischen Rechts auf das rumänische Recht thematisiert werden.

The summer school is open to any law student in the licence or master study cicle enrolled in Romania or in a foreign law faculty. There is no charge (tax). Enrollments will be consider in chronological order. There are 40 places available. A reasonably good knowledge of the German language is recommended – all lectures will be given in German. No language certificates are however required.
